Assessment Regarding Books The Promise (Heirs of Cornwall #1)
I first read this on Wattpad. When I first started reading this, I thought it was going to be cliched and knew what was going to happen in the end. What kept me glued were the characters and the description of the land. I just wanted to be there, live there, jump into the book and waltz with all the men, and giggle with all the ladies. Then the kicker, I was in the wrong. The ending was unexpected and it was more than perfect with how everything fit. From time to time I like to read favorite

After chapter 5 I cant read forward! Kinda frustrating. I wanted to finished reading it. :(

This book is a very sweet historical romance. I like it a lot. I read it on Wattpad back then when it first published online. I love Jeremy, the male character, a lot. He has this brooding, bad boy turned a love-sick boy type charisma. Very lovely.

She was 18 when she entered her season in London and came straight from the country with older boys for companions so she wasn't the most mature plus her dad encouraged her free spirit. she was beautiful and witty. she knew how to spin a joke and played one good one on Jeremy with the scene with Mr. Tickle. How funny. She knew what he was doing and turned tables by acting confused. Good reading!

Read this on Wattpad and loved it! I'll probably get the published one too. I absolutely adore Jeremy XD

Dreadful book with silly characters and a heroine who was so dense and immature. Her first intimate scene with Jeremy was cringeworthy. There is a distinct difference between innocent and just plain moronic and going from literally thinking this guy is "well-hung" (very virginal observation BTW) to believing his crap that it is a "one eyed snake" just made me gag on my own vomitus. While I was struggling prior to this scene already , finding it hard to get past the shallowness of the characters

Good one
