I bought this book directly from the author at an event I was attending. I bought the book mostly to show support. I didn't expect to be taken on such a thrill-seeking ride! You stay on the edge of your seat throughout the entire book! You also get swept away in two well-placed love scenes. I am definitely going to purchase the rest of the trilogy. This book is a must-read. I would love to see it made into a sci-fi movie!

I was asked to read and review Order of the Seers and chose to upgrade to audiobook.  For some reason, I had it in my head that this was a young adult book; most likely my interpretation of the cover.  Its not.  Some of the characters may start off young, but due to their tragic circumstances, they grow up fast. They story spans over several years, following the lives of several characters.  The story is extremely well developed, and has vivid descriptions.  I was never lost through the frenetic

This book is amazing! It's geared toward young adults but adults will find the storyline engaging and pageturning. The concept that a genetic marker gives some individuals to see the future is powerful. Especially considering the fact that The Guild locates those people and uses them for their own political motives. Lilli is a Seer, and her brother Liam will do whatever it takes to keep her safe. This book made me think of an evil Minority Report. Instead of trying to use the gift of seeing the future for good a d trying to prevent crime, an organization has been using it for their selfish reasons. They played on people's fear that seers are to be feared.There's a lot of action, fighting, romance and it's a thrilling read. I love the writing and the story tied together beautifully at the end, which was bitter sweet. Great story and I can't wait to see what happens next.

ORDER OF THE SEERS is a fun YA book.The writing is good and story should entertain the right age group. There's adventure and romance and sinister plots.For those of us who are ancient and who have read tons of YA there will be the standard moments and developments. What raises this one above the rest is the interesting concepts that the author develops.Note there's language, so maybe not for all school districts.Worth a read for young adults.
