When I was almost 8 years old, my parents gave me a book that would produce my inexplicable love with books and unreal worlds. It's a book that makes me feel good when barely touched its pages. The story told (this is the first of a trilogy) is very beautiful and I love the way that this Italian author writes, makes me smell the bread while I read that.Maybe the one who read it says it's childish, and it is, but it has something that makes me say READ IT! READ IT! The characters and the village

This book was a staple of my childhood. The whole series, really, but this one is the one that triggers the most memories, and a significant part of the love that I have for it can be traced back to those memories and the comfort element of a childhood book rather than to its actual qualities. That being said, it's a damn good book, and reading it now, as an adult, I'm even more aware of it than I was as a kid. It's a classic story of magic and wishes and fairies and woods and mysterious enemies,

I'm feeling nostalgic...This books were basically of the many books that got me into reading and i heard that they're going to be published in english and OMG!! i'm so happy about it!!. More people are going to be able to experience the magic of these books. I read them when i was like 10 years old, and they got me into reading, besides the HP books. I read Fairy Oak books in spanish (my first language). I loved them and still love them, the covers are beautiful and the artwork inside!!. :D x

Wow

The Secret of the Twins is the first book of the Fairy Oak trilogy, for kids age 9 and up. The story takes place in a magical village, Fairy Oak, named after a talking oak, where Magicals wizards, witches, fairies and Nonmagicals citizens without the ability of magic live in peace and harmony. The story is told by Telli, the fairy nanny of Lavender and Vanilla. The girls are twins, born on the same day, but twelve hours apart. Twins arent supposed to inherit magical powers, but their parents

I have a special love for this wonderful book. I used to wait every year for the next one to arrive to my country when I was a child. I grew up with Vainilla and Pervinca, they were the same age I was while reading it. Now, I am almost finishing studying literature in the uni and still, I believe Elisabetta created a work that deserves much more recognition. I am so happy when working as a bookseller, children come with hope they can take home a book that would encourage them to read. I, not

When I just started the book it was difficult to understand who is who because of the majority of difficult and large names. But then I understood how magical it was. THE BOOK IS A COMPLETE FAIRY MAGIC! And I love it! At the end I did not like the battle. It was really poor. For me is a 3 (normal-good book). Because of the poor ending and confusion of names.
