Teen Roach
La Tisha Honor, is a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and spiritual teacher. She provides therapy and life coaching at her private practice and a New York hospital. She's empowered countless people to live out their fullest potential. Known for her compassion and wisdom, she strongly believes that every human being has the capacity for greatness.
At first I was skeptical about reading about a roach. I can't think of anyone who likes roaches. However, I found myself falling in love with the main character Rylee and her friend Romeo. Although this is a kids book it was brave enough to touch on subjects related to classism and discrimination. This is a fun and fine read. I hope the author writes a sequel.

Who would've thought the savior of all animal species would be a cockroach? It's the year 2050, and roaches have evolved into an anthropomorphic species. They have arms and legs. They can think rationally, raise families, and run businesses. In Teen Roach, Rylee, a teenage anthropomorphic roach lives with her family in Cookieville, a community of roaches lodged in Mr. Applehead’s basement. But when the maniacal Lord Chaos and the Exterminators threaten to kill off every roach in the world, Rylee must make a decision to succumb to their stupid ideals—or stop them. Will she succeed in saving the day? She’s just a kid, after all.Declare Books As Teen Roach
