Narration During Books Illuminae (The Illuminae Files #1)

Kady thought breaking up with Ezra was the worst thing she'd ever been through. That was before her planet was invaded. Now, with enemy fire raining down on them, Kady and Ezra are forced to fight their way onto one of the evacuating craft, with an enemy warship in hot pursuit. But the warship could be the least of their problems. A deadly plague has broken out and is mutating, with terrifying results; the fleet's AI, which should be protecting them, may actually be their biggest threat; and nobody in charge will say what's really going on. As Kady plunges into a web of data hacking to get to the truth, it's clear only one person can help her bring it all to light: Ezra. Told through a fascinating dossier of hacked documents--including emails, schematics, military files, IMs, medical reports, interviews, and more--Illuminae is the first book in a heart-stopping, high-octane trilogy about lives interrupted, the price of truth, and the courage of everyday heroes.

Appraise About Books Illuminae (The Illuminae Files #1)
I think listening to the Audible while reading it changed my experience. I really enjoyed it.

There is so much hype surrounding this book, but after seeing Gemina make so many of my friends' "Favorite Books Published in 2016" lists, I couldn't ignore this series any longer. I also knew that it was told in a multimedia format, filled with interviews and IM conversations, and that made me a little apprehensive. This book was so unexpectedly addictive. This story starts off in a much further progressed world, in both years and technology, than ours, on a hidden and secluded planet far, far

I agree with you. Started reading and I was skimming through the pages so I stopped reading. I had high hopes for this one...

Wow is all I can really say

I. {ERROR}AM. IN. LOVE.{ERROR}ONE MILLION STARS!!!Seriously, ALL THE STARS for this absolute gem of YA Science Fiction!!!I sort of feel like I was the last person in the universe to experience Illuminae. I call it an experience because, oh my stars, was it ever. I wasn't sure going in whether or not I would be able to handle the format. Scanning through the book before starting it seemed so chaotic. How would I ever keep track of it all?In the end, it really worked for me. Something as simple as
